Strum, pick and learn chords.
A six-string guitar with a real fretboard in standard tuning. Choose a chord and swipe across the strings to strum it, or tap any fret to pick single notes. Switch between steel-string acoustic, warm nylon, clean electric and crunchy overdrive.
How to play
- Pick a chord from the strip above the fretboard — the dots show where each finger goes.
- Swipe down or up across the strings on the guitar body to strum. Swipe faster to play louder.
- Tap any string at any fret to play one note, or slide along a string for a glide.
Twenty-two chords to start with
The open chords every guitarist learns first — C, G, D, A, E, Am, Em and Dm — plus F and Bm barre chords, sevenths like G7, E7, A7, D7 and B7, and colourful chords such as Cmaj7, Fmaj7, Am7, Dsus4 and Asus2. Four chords are enough to play hundreds of songs: try G, D, Em and C.
